B. David Hardy, Project Director
Mr. Hardy's vision sparked See Your Worth Productions in 2006,
when he imagined a media company that creatively affirms our power and value.
Today he works with directors, photographers, actors and artists for socially
conscious new media that challenges and entertains viewers. His first major project, DeadlyDymes.com has produced over 60 mini-films and drawn millions of views and thousands of allies from the US, Haiti, Israel, Turkey, Saudi
Arabia, Cameroon, Japan and many nations throughout Europe and the Americas.
Prior to See Your Worth Productions Hardy led a prominent media and technology
company in Northern California with fifteen employees and over twenty major projects for Bank of America,
Wells Fargo Bank, Visa USA and other clients, where his teams developed complex systems that respond in real time
to user preferences.
In the late 1990s Hardy established six technology and media labs in low income
neighborhoods throughout Oakland, California where he trained hundreds of youth and
adults in multimedia and technology creation.
Today Hardy uses this experience to produce viral media, support the work of aspiring filmmakers and
other artists, and also match diverse audiences
with entertainment that fits their tastes and values.
He holds a Masters in Policy
from the University of California at Berkeley, a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Maryland and has studied conflict resolution, fitness, martial arts, various cultures and spiritual disciplines.

Brian Walton, Media and Marketing Director / DeadlyDymes.com
Mr. Walton is an entertainment media and marketing professional with rich experience in promotions. This University of Maryland graduate and former Entertainment Editor of the Washington Informer Newspaper is also the founder of Washington Arts & Entertainment Magazine, which provided entertainment news for a monthly readership exceeding 60,000 during his tenure.
Mr. Walton has hosted movie premieres, concerts and community events throughout the Washington metropolitan area. He coordinated a media campaign for the Sweet Sounds of Soul Tour, which featured The O'Jays, The Isley Brothers, and Earth, Wind & Fire.
Under Mr. Walton’s management, See Your Worth Productions' Deadlydymes.com channel reached over 1 million views, more than 1400 subscribers and is poised to become a leading distributor of action-related content on the Internet.

Andrea McPherson, Creative Consultant
Ms. McPherson is a gifted communicator with experience as a writer, editor,
freelance journalist and actress. In addition to writing for professional magazines
and television stations, she has appeared on stage with the National Opera,
in a National Geographic Channel special, in several independent films and PSAs, and in two
short films with See Your Worth Productions that have been viewed over 70,000 times
by audiences worldwide.
Crowned Miss Norfolk State University in 2004, Ms. McPherson earned her bachelor’s in theater
in 2006, acted with the University Players and represented her school in the Miss Virginia
Pageant in 2005. Known for her sharp wit and boundless creative energy, this Manhattan native
currently resides in the Washington, DC area.
